The terms set out in these Conditions of Repair (“Agreement”) apply to the service (“Service”) provided to repair any smartphone, tablet, computer, and/or accessories (“Device”) listed on the service check-in form.
References to “us,” “we,” and “our” refer to Computer and Mobile Repair LLC, and references to “you” and “your” refer to the customer named on the service check-in form.
You must be 18 years or older to request service, be the legal owner of the device, or have explicit authorization from the rightful owner to request service. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact and ownership information when submitting your device for repair. Failure to provide valid proof of ownership or correct details may result in service refusal or delays.
This agreement begins on the date you sign the Service Check-In Form and continues until your device has been repaired or returned, whichever occurs first, and all payments due have been received.
We make every reasonable effort to repair your device, subject to the availability of required parts and the terms of any applicable guarantee or warranty. We offer both high-quality aftermarket and OEM (genuine) parts where possible.
All devices undergo a series of tests during check-in. If a device cannot be tested at that time, Computer and Mobile Repair LLC is not liable for any faults discovered later. To ensure full functionality testing before and after service, we may require your device passcode. If you prefer not to share it, we can proceed, but a full functional check will be delayed until you return to the store, which may extend service time if adjustments are needed.

Repair Terms
All repairs (unless otherwise stated) commence from the date you sign the Service Check-In Form and continue until we have repaired or otherwise returned your device, whichever occurs first, and received any payment due from you.
We shall make reasonable efforts to repair your device, subject to the availability of required parts and/or the terms of any relevant guarantee or warranty. All services are performed with the utmost care and skill.
We offer both high-quality aftermarket and OEM (genuine) parts, where possible, for the repair of your device.
A series of tests is performed when a device is booked for repair. If the device cannot be tested during this stage, Computer and Mobile Repair LLC is not liable for any faults discovered later. To ensure full functionality testing before and after service, we may require the passcode to your device. If you prefer to keep this information private, we can still proceed with the appointment, but a full functional check will not be performed until you return to the store, which may delay completion if adjustments are needed.
Any time estimate for completion of the service is an estimate only and does not form any obligation under this agreement. We aim to return your device as soon as reasonably possible; however, repairs—such as logic board repairs—may take at least five (5) business days to complete.
If we are unable to complete the service for any reason, or if the service incurs additional costs beyond the initial estimate, we will notify you immediately by telephone and/or email. If no fault is found or you do not accept the revised estimate, your device will be returned unrepaired, and a diagnostic fee may apply, per our standard charges.
To complete diagnostics or repairs, it may be necessary to disassemble the device, which could further damage it due to pre-existing conditions. Computer and Mobile Repair LLC is not liable for any additional damage that occurs as a result of existing issues. Replacement parts will not be covered under any circumstances if the device is deemed non-repairable.
Repair costs are calculated in accordance with our standard charges, as published from time to time.
Diagnostics are free for cell phones and tablets, but chargeable for computers, desktops, and laptops.
You will be notified when your device is repaired and ready for collection. Devices not collected within a reasonable time may be transferred to our central warehouse for storage. Delivery from the warehouse will incur additional charges. Devices uncollected after 30 days may be recycled. We reserve the right to retain your device until all charges have been paid and may charge a storage fee for overdue pickups.
Use of our service may void your manufacturer’s warranty. To preserve your manufacturer’s coverage, contact the manufacturer directly. Manufacturer warranties do not cover accidental damage.
Computer and Mobile Repair LLC applies warranty seals following repair. Any tampering or removal of these seals will void the warranty provided by our company.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty is linked to a specific device identified by its unique IMEI or serial number and to a specific customer as recorded in our system. It covers the customer for any recurrence of the original fault, and only for the part replaced or repaired. Additional faults that arise after service are not covered under this warranty. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, and coverage does not transfer if the device changes ownership.
All repairs carried out by Computer and Mobile Repair LLC will have warranty seals applied. When a device is returned for warranty repair, the integrity of these seals will be verified. If seals are found to be missing or tampered with, the warranty will be void. Warranty repairs do not cover travel, postage, or courier costs incurred by the customer.
Warranty Limitations

No responsibility is accepted for any progression of damage where the device has been previously repaired elsewhere or where pre-existing issues (e.g., touch disease, ripped flex cables) were not evident during initial inspection.

If additional issues are discovered once the device is opened, the customer will be notified via telephone or email.

No responsibility is accepted for any further damage to liquid-damaged devices. Opening such devices may cause further or irreparable damage.

Customers are advised to monitor their devices after liquid-damage repair, as new issues may arise beyond our control.

If further issues occur related to liquid damage during the warranty period, the device will be reassessed and re-quoted for additional work.

Return and Exchange Policy
All returns or exchanges must be made within 24 hours of purchase or repair completion.
A restocking fee ranging from $5 to $125 applies to all returns or exchanges.
Devices must be returned in like-new condition, free from cracks, scratches, liquid damage, or software issues, to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Wireless devices must be reset and free of any iCloud, Gmail, or other account locks before return. Free iCloud or email lock removal is available for devices returned in acceptable condition. Prepaid services, activation fees, and repair label fees are non-refundable. Parts orders are subject to standard processing and shipping times and are non-refundable once installed.
Parts Orders and Shipping: All orders for computer and mobile parts related to repair services are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping: 5–7 business days, Expedited shipping: 3–4 business days for an additional $10
Customers are responsible for all shipping and return costs.
Warranty and Returns – Devices: 7-Day Warranty and 24-Hour Return or Exchange Window, Restocking Fee: $5–$125 applies to any return or exchange. Wireless devices must be returned in like-new condition (no cracks, scratches, liquid, or software damage) to qualify for a full refund. Free iCloud or email lock removal is available for devices returned in acceptable condition. All devices must be reset before returning.
Unclaimed Repairs Policy: Repairs unclaimed after 21 days from the service date, including partially paid repairs, become the property of Computer and Mobile Repair LLC. Overdue accounts incur a $5.00 daily service charge.​
Repair Policy: We are not responsible for issues beyond the specific problem requested. We repair smartphones, iPads, tablets, laptops, PCs, and gaming devices for all brands and models. Our services include repairs for: Software and operating system issues; Batteries and charging ports; Cameras, buttons, and microphones; CPUs, GPUs, and power supplies; and Additional hardware and performance-related problems.
Factory Reset / Disabled Devices: A master reset on any device (phones, MacBooks, laptops, tablets, iPads, gaming PCs, or PCs) will erase all data, including contacts, pictures, apps, and files. If the device is locked by iCloud, Gmail, or another email account, any resulting data loss is the customer’s responsibility.
Battery Repair Disclaimer: Swollen or overheating batteries pose serious safety risks. Improper handling may cause fire or explosion, potentially damaging the motherboard or other components.
Computer and Mobile Repair LLC is not responsible for any harm, injury, or damage resulting from these hazards.

Custom builds typically take 1–3 weeks to complete and are ready for pickup upon completion.
Data Recovery & Data Transfer Services:
Transfer Files from an External Hard Drive, USB Flash Drive, SSD, or HDD – NON-REFUNDABLE
We provide professional data transfer services for securely moving files, photos, and documents from external hard drives, USB flash drives, SSDs, or HDDs.

​Device Water Damage Repair: Water or liquid damage evaluations are subject to a non-refundable diagnostic fee. Due to corrosion and unpredictable internal damage, no warranty is provided for water-damaged devices. While every effort is made to restore functionality, full recovery cannot be guaranteed.
Any Service by Computer and Mobile Repair LLC
By requesting or authorizing any service from Computer and Mobile Repair LLC, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in our Service Agreement. This includes diagnostics, repairs, part replacements, data transfers, custom builds, and water damage repair.
All services are performed by certified technicians using high-quality parts and professional tools. We make every reasonable effort to complete repairs accurately and efficiently; however, service completion times may vary depending on part availability, device condition, and repair complexity.
All components are tested before and after service to ensure proper functionality. If additional issues are discovered during the repair process, you will be notified before any further work is performed.
Payment is due upon completion of service. Devices not claimed within 21 days of completion, including partially paid repairs, become the property of Computer and Mobile Repair LLC.
By proceeding with any service, you acknowledge that repairs may void the manufacturer’s warranty and that Computer and Mobile Repair LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, data loss, or issues beyond the specific service requested.
